Each of you -- Miss Joan and Miss Jo, Bill and Miss Chris -- and so many of the other Active Rain members have really made this a great year for me because of your friendships.

I wish each of you a very prosperous New Year, and I encourage any of you to call or email me if you think I might have an idea that can help you solve a real estate mystery.

Lord only knows that over these many years I've crashed and burned at least once on just about any real estate scenario you can imagine, so even if I don't have an answer, you can be assured sympathy will abound.

When I showed it to Patty, she gave me her corrugated grin as she said, "It's OK if you wear your hair cut like that as long as you don't do it when you have on your false eyelashes."

Note:  Patty's commentary always trumps my attempts to be amusing.  (Last time I'll ever make the mistake of getting involved with a psychotherapist.)
