Jasper Tramonte and I performed as the Twin Foondinis, and we were always a hit...I promise. Jasper is a commercial broker in the South Houston - NASA market. We were both dark headed and on the short size.
So Jo, you're absolutely right. I decided I was going to make a marketing piece out of it. I find my own inventions always work better for me than those I buy off of the shelf -- someone else's creation.

My learned a new word too. Thought maybe you meant something like Fooddini or something to do with food recipes, LOL. But wait... don't all Realtors preform magic tricks? In today's market getting to the closing table is magic. Perhaps some one are just better at it than other.
Mary, they do! It does take a bit of magic to pull these tricks off. And those who aren't magicians would do everyone a favor if they would let their licenses laps and find another profession.
