The other day I wrote a blog about banks and their mortgage loan practices regarding loans in trouble and foreclosures.
Some of you took me to task, taking the side of the bank practices. I still say they are full of weaselness.

It seems that we should be blaming the government for this, not the banks. If someone is going to hand you a sweet deal, you are going to take it.
Have seen this video posted a lot around the net. Distrust is a problem. But as for "market not recovering" every market is not struggling, suffering and the statement can just discourage or keep folks from investing for fear of brokers indicated the market is off, needs recovery. Use the market you have, get more than your share of the market. No matter what the "score in the game on the clock" is at a game seven states away on a different gym or arena or ball field.
